Research

I am working on the EU-Project "Extending Sensorimotor Contingencies to Cognition" (www.eSMCs.eu). The goal is to connect findings from Neuroscience with those from robotics. By appliyng models from Neuroscience to robotic platforms we can learn more about those models and validate them. At the same time we create robots that are capable to deal with highly uncertain environments and therefore are more efficient in solving real-life tasks. Further interests include Brain-Computer Interfaces and Computational Neuroscience.
