I'm working in the SNF project "From Locomotion to Cognition" and my focus is on underwater locomotion. The swimming robots I'm building are biologically inspired in terms of material properties, morphology and sensory feedback.

Some of the questions I try to answer is: How does swimming "feels" like and what can the robot learn from it.
