CIAN - Club of Intelligent Angels installed

Zurich, September 2009

CIAN - Club of Intelligent Angels with focus on supporting AI Lab research installed.

 

CIAN was developed by the Advisory Board of the AI Lab constituted by Dr. Wolfgang Henggeler, representing UNITECTRA and University of Zurich, Prof. Dr. Rolf Pfeifer, representing the AI Lab, Pascal Kaufmann, representing the interface to the private industry together with an external investor.

The VIP club offers a number of interesting gratifications to members. Also, CIAN brings together interesting people from private industry with a special interest in Artificial Intelligence research performed at the AI Lab in Zurich.

 

Membership is granted upon invitation only. In addition, the recommendation by one of the advisory board members is necessary. CIAN members agree to pay a membership fee of at least CHF 5000.- per year.

Within just a few weeks since its foundation, a substantial amount could be raised, establishing an exclusive and unique AI VIP network. The first CIAN event will be announced within the next weeks.

The AI Advisory Board is optimistic that CIAN will welcome its 20th member soon.
